Cierra Fountain
Graphic Designer
Cierra Fountain joined the Shapes & Colors team in January 2023 as a Junior Designer. She began her career shortly after graduating from Columbus State University in May of 2021. With a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Business, she brings a fresh perspective and adaptability to her work.
Cierra’s passion for graphic design stems from the challenge it presents, and the endless possibilities of visual communication. She takes pride in helping businesses and individuals expand their ideas and reach through her work.
A fresh perspective, with the awards to back it up
As a student, Cierra achieved notable success in her field, having received two ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation (Montgomery) for her design work. She was also an active member of various art and student organizations, including serving as the president of the Art Club at Columbus State University. Cierra has been featured in Voyage Atlanta for her life and work, and has spoken at Friends of Art events in Columbus, GA.
Designing for artists, business owners and more
Prior to joining Shapes & Colors, Cierra worked as a graphic designer for a gallery space. In her new role, she enjoys the opportunity to connect with different professions and learn something new with each project. In her time at Shapes & Colors, Cierra has worked with nonprofits, small businesses and startups.
She brings a positive attitude and open communication style to her work with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel heard. She finds motivation in the challenge of creating a visual language for businesses.
Based in Douglasville, GA, west of Atlanta, Cierra enjoys exploring local towns, working on creative projects, or relaxing with a good book.
